A lot of agents want to be successful but never want to do the heavy lifting. Once you figure out your priorities, it’s time to put a schedule together and dedicate time for yourself, your family and then your business.
Here is what I recommend:
- Sunday expectation meeting with yourself and family
- Don’t separate your schedule in multiple different fashions
- Exercise
- The perfect day
- Leverage
You must show up for yourself first before showing up to your family and everyone you work with. This means expectations must be set with family, friends, and coworkers.
People who hit big goals normally have a schedule separated, and it would be like this. They have a business schedule, they have personal time in their schedule for their family, and then they have personal time in there for themselves. So what I recommend is that personal time for yourself is the most critical thing that most people eliminate. Then there’s the family, then there’s business.
I got serious about playing tennis again and it changed my life on the outside and my wealth skyrocketed. So what does a perfect day look like? Do you have a perfect day? I wake up at 5:30, that’s my workout time and cranking out anything personal I want to do before 8 o’clock and be with my daughter before she gets on the bus. Lead generation 11 to 12, doing some follow up, and then from 12 to 3 is appointments. And then 3 to 7 is miscellaneous stuff, and then call it 7 to 9 family time.
Lastly, is leverage. Try to outsource as much as you can to other people. How do you figure out what you should outsource? If done right, normally people can save about 10 hours a week, minimally, 15 hours a week by just working on the key things that help their business grow and allow for time freedom. So if you’re looking to avoid burnout and reach bigger goals, Let’s talk.
