My name is Jeremy Bowers and I’m one of the owners of Keller Williams Philly and Keller Williams Main Line. I own Bowers Companies, I’m a realtor, I do real estate investing, run brokerages, sell real estate, and have a company called We Clean Lists. Now, the question I get a lot is, “Jeremy, how do you do all this and not go out of bounds?”

How are you able to buy a shore property and still be able to enjoy it and still be able to make the lifestyle income that you want while balancing family time?

I’m going to give you a couple key strategies:

Tip #1 - Get in charge of your schedule. You have to understand when to say no, when to say yes, and how to balance your personal life with your business life.

Tip #2 -  Have a meeting set up with your family every Sunday night of expectations and meetings for the week. And if you don’t have a family, it’s fine. You need to have a meeting with yourself on Sunday nights.

Tip #3 -  Understand how to generate income. Every day I wake up, I think about and say, how can I make $2,700 and some change every day.

Tip #4 - Nothing is more important than lead generation. If you’re not focusing daily on lead generation techniques and not tracking metrics, how do you know what you’re working towards?

Remember, this comes back to your schedule, having your goals in front of you, and understanding your purpose during the day. What I find is, most humans just work, work, work, work, work, and we don’t have an end date in time. The real question is, Jeremy, how do I compress time? Those key strategies above will help you compress.

I can’t share this all to you right now and explain this in detail but what I would love to do is sit down with you for 30 to 45 minutes, take a look at your life, take a look at the income you’re making per year, and look at how we can multiply that.

That is the key to you being able to enjoy your wealth, but I can’t do that unless I understand your situation and you’re only one phone call away, one text away, one email away from living a different life that you want to do.
